It's been a big week! Our crews have been working through snow and cold conditions, but are making excellent progress. We know you're anxious to get your fiber internet, and we're working hard to get everyone up and running as fast as we can!
The #1 thing you can do to make sure you get service is to make sure you have completed your service agreement. These were sent to the email you provided when you signed up, but please call us or email signups@sebagofiber.net if you don't see it in your inbox.
All service agreements need to be completed by March 1. We need time to order the drop cable specifically for your home and ensure the main fiber is run to your area (i.e. if you are the only sign up on a side road, we need to know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly).
Please also remember that the dates below are estimates. Late sign ups and locations with complicated installations, underground service, or very long drops may be delayed from the estimated timelines.
