Affordability Plan
Sebago Fiber has partnered with the Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG) to create a program that meets our customers' needs.
The federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) was discontinued in 2024. This program provided federal funds to assist qualifying households in affording internet connectivity. Sebago Fiber has partnered with the Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG) to create a program that meets our customers' needs.

Sebago Fiber's Affordability Plan costs just $30 per month and is available to those who qualify for the program through GPCOG. This program is currently ONLY available to Sebago Fiber customers.

To apply for the program, please visit the GPCOG website via the link below. Click the link labeled "Apply for the affordability program here!" on the GPCOG page. This will open a new window with the application.
Once you have completed the application, GPCOG will notify Sebago Fiber of your eligibility for the plan. You may begin the sign-up process for Sebago Fiber service while your application is being processed.
