Affordability Plan

The federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) was discontinued in 2024. This program provided federal funds to assist qualifying households to afford internet connectivity. Sebago Fiber has partnered with Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG) to create a program to meet the needs of our customers.

Sebago Fiber's Affordability Plan costs just $30 per month, and is available to those who qualify for the program through GPCOG. This program is currently ONLY available to Sebago Fiber customers. Customers must live within the Sebago Grant Area.

To apply for the program, please visit the GPCOG website via the link below. Click on the link that says "Apply for the affordability program here!" on the GPCOG page. This will open a new window with the application. If you have questions about the application process, contact GPCOG Regional Broadband Program Manager, Clara McCool, at cmccool@gpcog.org.

Once you have complete the application, GPCOG will notify Sebago Fiber of your eligibility for the plan. You may begin the sign up process for Sebago Fiber service while your application is being processed.
